Bio: Once raised by a retired Marine captain living on the northern border of West Blue. She was his only grandchild and only family until he died a horrible death at the hands of a greedy pirate crew. Nina saw her talents of swordsmanship and saw her light in the Marines. Being a new recruit and one of the few women, she thought that her skills were mere trash until a captain saw her practicing on deck with a wooden sword. Of course, she still had to start at the bottom and work her way to admiral, but it would be a pleasant journey where she would apprehend sinister figures across the One Piece world.

Personality: Nina is mostly seen as a bright young girl with a hopeful smile, although, she can be mean, reckless, and very intimidating by accident. She tries her very best to be a caring, calm, and serene Marine with a kick-butt attitude. Towards other Marines with rough personalities, she'll give them sweet warnings that support her scary side, but in a sweet way. With pirates, she is all but the kindest. Not one can stand up to that soft glare that seems to pierce their souls. She is most said to be the easiest of friends, but an even easier enemy.
